Baptiste Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa series linking postures with breath. Each class contains five essential categories of asana - standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions. You can expect to work hard and sweat - exploring new possibilities in your body and mind.

In a classroom setting, Baptiste Power Yoga classes are held in a room heated to around 90 degrees. I’ll get you sweating just the same at home.

 

26&2 Hatha Yoga

60-90 MINUTE FORMATS

Based on Erin’s extensive training in Bikram Yoga, the 26 and 2 sequence is unlike any other yoga class. It is a series of twenty-six asana poses designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order which they should be stretched. The practice of these twenty-six poses will enhance mind and body, relax, strengthen, reshape, and health all of you over time.
