Erin Eloise
Certified Instructor
Erin, a Pacific Northwest native, fell in love with yoga in 2009. As a professional dancer, actor, and singer, yoga has always been an integral part of her work, keeping her healthy, safe, and able to perform consistently. She attended Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and has since taught all over the US and in London, UK. Erin holds her Masters in Music Theatre from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London where she integrated yoga into her dissertation by creating specific asana sequencing for actors while working as a West End movement director.
Following graduation, she went on to be a Visiting Lecturer at Central and continues to enjoy teaching and coaching dance and movement.
Erin’s teaching style is led by curiosity, joy, playfulness, and possibility. Whether in her Original Hot Yoga or Vinyasa classes, she loves investigating the moving body and what makes each and every person different, unique, and complex.
When Erin is not teaching, practicing, or onstage, she is in the role of “Mamma” for her son, Will who “wants to do yoga and be onstage like Mamma” when he grows up.
